The process starts with selection meetings at our (design office/studio) where personal touches and your preferences are incorporated into the plans for your home.
The next stage of the project begins with construction of your home. Foundations, framing, and utilities are all verified at the pre-drywall mechanical verification on site.
The final leg of the journey with your Buyers’ Orientation and closing date. For most homebuilders this is the end of the process but the Coolman Team does things differently.

We service your home for 2 years after closing to ensure everything operates as expected. Every home comes with the 2/10 Home Warranty as well as our Energy Star Certification.
