When we talk about who CCI is, we COULD talk about the combined 140 years of experience of the CCI Management Team. But that doesn’t really tell you who we are. We COULD talk about the some 1600 homes, villas, and condominiums we’ve built in and around Valparaiso.

But that wouldn’t really tell you who we are either. We COULD talk about the wide range of communities and neighborhoods we’ve developed around Valpo – all focused at addressing the needs of a wide range of families. But even that wouldn’t fully explain who we are.
