Our customers think we ask a lot of questions. And we do. That is because we want satisfied customers. It is our job to make sure that expectations are met and/or exceeded. At Coolman Communities a completely satisfied customer is our number 1 goal.
The best way to accomplish this is to ask questions -- and really listen to the answers. Then we incorporate their needs, desires, and budget into the home design. Of course we make suggestions and contribute ideas. But once a decision is made, the customer's wishes become our own.

We make your home building experience easy. Visit our sales centers and see our model homes. Help yourself to our answer center display materials otherwise known as "We Thought You'd Like to Know". We have created these information pieces specifically to help you with your home-building questions.
When you make a decision to build a new home with us we provide you with an in-depth construction manual. The construction manual guides you through the purchase and selection process, warranty program, closing preparation, service policies and much, much more.
When financing your home, we provide a list of several local lenders and should you have any problems we can help out in finding a solution. With our guaranteed completion policy, securing current interest rates becomes quicker and easier.
You won't have to worry about obtaining a construction loan -- we handle that too (ask us about the comparative shopping list).
Our staffed professional service technicians handle eighty-percent of our service warranty work--our Customer Care Manager will coordinate schedules and our techs will do the work.
