Robert B. Coolman and Florence E. Coolman founded Coolman & Coolman in the early 1950’s. Now known as Coolman Communities, its longevity has afforded the company with the ability to determine what works and what doesn’t. Bob Coolman, President of Coolman Communities, Inc., knows there is no such thing as a “one man show”. He believes that by combining the strengths of the company’s “players” the end result is an ecstatic client and a “win” for everyone involved. For that reason, he has assembled a team of talented individuals who are committed to producing top quality, affordable homes for completely satisfied customers.
The process works and focuses on making a new home an enjoyable and easily understood process for Coolman customers. There are no hidden “surprises” – just ask a Coolman Communities homeowner.
